防腐涂层总干膜厚度（DFT）为1040微米，防腐涂料品牌为Interzone954和Interseal670。
每根管材均焊接桩靴。该项目所有焊缝均通过真空渗碳、超声波探伤和表面张力检测。所有尺寸、表面处理和焊接处理均经SGS检测，最终批量交付客户。
